Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Agreement for the maintenance of the storm water system relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water system from Edward Holowinski, a married man, and Jozefa Holowinski, his wife, whose address is 2610 Lahser Road, Bloomfield, MI 48302-1146, for North Crest Center City File #72-691.2, Parcel No. 15-03-471-028.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
