Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council authorizes the purchase and installation of one (1) roller rink system at Borden Park in the amount not-to-exceed $80,320.00 to Mateflex, Utica, New York.
Further Resolved, that the City's acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties' entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
