Request for Approval of the Water Service Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills, the Township of Oakland and Moceri Companies

Whereas, the proposed Blossom Ridge Development is located on the northwest corner of Dutton and Adams Roads in Oakland Township. The senior community will consist of single-family, multi-family and an assisted living facility.
A request from the developer, Moceri Companies, was made for the connection to Rochester Hills' water system in order to serve the proposed development. Once the water main is installed and approved, the City of Rochester Hills will take over ownership of the system.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Water Service Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills, the Township of Oakland and the Moceri Companies and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
