Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Pedestrian-Pathway Easement granted by KEBM, L.L.C., a Michigan Limited Liability Company, of 1800 W. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-28-300-020 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $6,500.00.

Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
