Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Pedestrian-Pathway Easement granted by Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam Detroit, Inc., (a/k/a Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, Inc. USA) an Illinois Non-Profit Corporation whose address is 1730 W. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-28-300-025 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $3,750.00.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
