Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Pedestrian-Pathway Easement granted by Esso Homes, Inc., a Michigan Corporation whose address is 6875 Richmond Drive, Troy, Michigan, and Patrick McDaniel, a single man, of 4265 Bay Beach Lane, Ft. Myers, Florida 33931 as to a 1/3 undivided interest, and Mark McDaniel, a married man, of 635 Seabrook Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307 as to a 1/3 undivided interest, and Joseph J. Micallef, a single man, of 5366 Rochester Road, Troy, Michigan 48085 as to a 1/3 undivided interest, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-28-478-057 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $5,000.00.

 

Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
