Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the storm sewer system maintenance agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm sewer system from SARE, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Sanctuary at Rivers Edge, for Parcel No. 15-15-403-010.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
