Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the Agreement for Maintenance and Repair of Private Road, for ingress and egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by SARE, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Drive, Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, for Sanctuary at Rivers Edge for Parcel No. 15-15-403-010.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
