Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the storm water easement from SARE, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Sanctuary at Rivers Edge, for Parcel No. 15-21-201-009.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
