Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the Agreement for Maintenance of Private Road, for ingress and egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by MacLeish Building, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, whose address is 650 E. Big Beaver, Suite F, Troy, MI 48083, for Sanctuary in the Hills East, for Parcel Nos. 15-32-476-001, 002-005, & 15-32-477-009 & 016.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
