Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by MacLeish Building, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, whose address is 650 E. Big Beaver, Suite F, Troy, MI 48083, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-32-476-001, 002-005, & 15-32-477-009 & 016.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
