Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by TJ Realvest, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 54153 Deer Ridge Court, Rochester, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-02-102-023 and 15-02-177-001.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
