Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves the Agreement for Use and Maintenance of Private Roads, for ingress and egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by TJ Realvest, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 54153 Deer Ridge Court, Rochester, MI 48307, for Rochester Enclaves, for Parcel Nos. 15-02-102-023 and 15-02-177-001.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
