Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, hereby approves the storm sewer system maintenance agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm sewer system from TJ Realvest, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 54153 Deer Ridge Court, Rochester, MI 48307, for Rochester Enclaves, Parcel Nos. 15-02-102-023 and 15-02-177-001.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
