Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Warranty Deed granted by NP Rochester Hills, LLC, a Missouri Limited Liability Company, 5015 NW Canal Street, Suite 200, Riverside, Missouri 64150, for Stonecrest at Rochester Hills, City File #15-019, Parcel No. 15-23-300-038.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Warranty Deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
