Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the Agreement for Maintenance and Repair of the Private Road, for ingress and egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by Bparc, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, for Brampton Parc Condominiums, Parcel No. 15-24-301-052.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
