Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, hereby approves the storm sewer maintenance agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm sewer system from Bparc, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, Brampton Parc Condominiums, Parcel No. 15-24-301-052.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
