Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a sanitary sewer easement granted by Bparc, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-24-301-052.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
