Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Maintenance Agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm sewer system from DD Rochester LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, for Henry Ford Pharmacy, City File #16-010, Parcel No. 15-36-352-025.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
