Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Warranty Deed granted by DD Rochester LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, whose address is 27750 Stansbury, Suite 200, Farmington Hills, MI 48334, for Henry Ford Pharmacy, City File #16-010, Parcel No. 15-36-352-025.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Warranty Deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
