Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by DD Rochester LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 27750 Stansbury, Suite 200, Farmington Hills, MI 48334, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, and through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-36-352-025.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
