Michigan Land Holding LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 51237 Danview Technology Court, Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Bloomer Woods, City File #15-006, Parcel No. #15-13-301-058.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Warranty Deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
