Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Watermain Easement granted by S.E. Michigan Land Holding, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, whose address is 51237 Danview Technology Court, Shelby Township, MI 48315, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-27-151-003.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
