Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills accepts a highway easement granted by Joan H. Wiegand, as to the Life Estate coupled with the unrestricted Power of Conveyance pursuant to Michigan Land Title Standard 9.3 and the Trustee of the Joan H. Wiegand Living Trust dated August 23, 2011, whose address is 1441 W. Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-24-326-004, and authorizes payment to the landowner in the amount of $33,840.00.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
