Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves the Sedimentation Basin Agreement, an agreement for the protection of adjacent and downstream properties, watercourses and wetlands for Somerset Pines, City File #06-012.2, between the City of Rochester Hills and MJC Somerset Pines, LLC, of 46600 Romeo Plank Rd., Ste 5, Macomb, MI 48044, for Somerset Pines, for City File #06-012.2 for Parcel Nos. 15-32-300-007, 008, 009 & 010.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
