Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by MJC Somerset Pines, LLC, of 46600 Romeo Plank Rd., Ste 5, Macomb, MI 48044, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-32-300-007, 008, 009 & 010.
