Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a warranty deed granted by MJC Somerset Pines, LLC, 46600 Romeo Plank Rd., Ste 5, Michigan 48044, for part of Parcel Nos. 15-32-300-007, 008, 009 & 010, for Somerset Pines.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the warranty deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
