Appointment of one (1) GSAB member to the Green Space Perpetual Care Trust Board

Whereas, on April 7, 2014, City Council approved the Green Space Perpetual Trust for the purpose of providing a long-term funding source for multi- generational stewardship activities going forward on city-owned and/or controlled open spaces, and
Whereas, the Green Space Perpetual Trust will have a Trust Board consisting of three trustees: the City Finance Director, one City Council member, and one Green Space Advisory Board member.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Green Space Advisory Board hereby appoints Member Gerald Carvey to provide input to the Green Space Perpetual Care Trust for a one year term to end December 31, 2014.
