Resolved, that on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention Ponds Fourth Amended Agreement, an agreement relative to the use and maintenance of the detention facilities in Clear Creek Subdivision, City File No. 89-156.5, subject to insertion of the Liber and page numbers for the First, Second and Third Amended Agreements prior to execution by the City.
Be It Further Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the Agreement on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills.
