Resolved, that on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Clear Creek Subdivision Fourth Amended Agreement for the Subdivision Open Space Plan, to add land contained within Clear Creek Subdivision No. 5, City File No. 89-156.5, subject to insertion of the Liber and page numbers for the Third Amended Agreement prior to execution by the City.
Be It Further Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the Agreement on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills.
