Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Seventh Amendment to the Declaration of Easements, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Clear Creek Community, City File No. 89-156.5, incorporating the final phase of the development in conformance with the Final Plat.
Be it Further Resolved, that the applicant shall forward an executed and recorded copy of the Declaration to the City.
