Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Final Plat for Clear Creek Subdivision No. 5, the fifth phase of a 263-lot subdivision totaling 57 lots on 56 acres located north of Tienken, east of Sheldon, Parcel No. 15-02-200-015, zoned R-1, One-Family Residential, based on the Final Plat dated received by the Planning and Economic Development Department on January 18, 2013 and subject to submittal of all required performance guarantees, fees and other requirements that must be met prior to release of the Mylar, in accordance with the provisions in the attached letter from Roger Moore, DPS/Engineering dated January 29, 2013.
