Resolved, that the Public Safety and Infrastructure Technical Review Committee recommend to City Council to place the renewal of Local Street Millages 1, 2 and 3 and do a combined new ten (10) year local street millage beginning in 2020 through 2029 to provide funding for the City Fiscal Year 2021-2030 Local Street Fund on the November 2019 ballot.
