Whereas, the Rochester Hills City Council approved the purchase agreement between Walton Associates and the City of Rochester Hills for the sale of 1750 West Hamlin Road, City-owned property on Hamlin Road east of Crooks, known as Parcel No. 15-21-352-002, and the adjacent parcel, known as Parcel No. 15-21-352-001 on January 19, 2005, and
Whereas, subsequent to the signing of the Purchase Agreement the City has completed land divisions and land combination of the subject parcels resulting in a single parcel, known as Parcel No. 15-21-376-008.
Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute all appropriate documents to complete the sales transaction of 1750 West Hamlin Road, City-owned property on Hamlin Road east of Crooks, known as Parcel No. 15-21-376-008.
